1. What do I get with the product?
When you purchase any of our online products you have instant access to our Virtual Interviews. You will also have access to our Work Booklet on how to answer the questions, information on Psychometric Testing, Group Exercises and Simulator Assessments for pilots. You also have unlimited email support from our Professional Consultants.
2. After I purchase the product how long do I have to wait until I can login?
You have instant access to the online program, just remember your username and password.
3. How do I login after I purchase the product?
To login to the program go to the home page, on the top right of the navigation bar you will see the "login" button. Click on this, then enter your username and password that you created when you purchased the product. Click enter and then you will be taken to the page where you can access either the Virtual interviews, the work booklet, group exercise information etc.
4. Help! I've forgotten my username and password.
Don't panic! All you need to do is send us an email info@flightdeckconsulting.com and we can send you the information you need or even reset the information for you, it's that simple!
5. Will anything be sent to me by post.
The only product we stock and send by post is "The Complete Airline Pilot Interview Course DVD".
All of our other products are ONLINE only.
For Cabin Crew and Pilots who purchase our online product all of the information included in the product is available to you once you login.
6. Will the Work Booklet be sent to me by post.
No. It is only available online, once you login. You can either view and read it online or print it out. Also remember the Work Booklet is continually being updated with the latest information, so always check it before you have an interview.
7. Will the online program be applicable to the airline interview I will be attending?
Yes! We have included all relevant information for airline interviews world wide. Some airlines have their own unique way of conducting interviews so we make sure we cover all aspects. We don't want there to be any surprises on the day!
We also use a world wide data base of questions and information that is continually updated. At Flightdeck all of our consultants currently work in the industry and we are active in collecting important feedback from our clients who attend airline interviews. That way we have up to the minute information to pass onto our new clients.
You will find the Work Booklet is continually being updated.

8. I am interested in the one on one interview coaching, where is it conducted?
Currently our interview coaching is conducted either over the phone or via skype and in the comfort of your own environment. Our consultant calls you so there is no additional cost.
9. What is involved with the one on one coaching?
The one on one interview coaching is conducted over two sessions, both sessions are approximately 90 mins in duration. Before the coaching our consultant will ask for a copy of your CV and for you to answer, in as much detail as you can, several questions about yourself and the interview you will be attending. This way there is no wasted time.
Currently we have over 90% success rate with clients who have conducted the interview coaching. We cannot stress strongly enough the importance of this process. If you are passionate about an airline career then this will be the best money you will ever spend on securing your dream job.

10. When can I book in the one on one interview coaching.
Our consultants are very flexible with dates and times. We work to suit our clients needs.
We work on public holidays, weekends, outside of business hours and through different time zones. All you need to do is contact sasha@flightdeckconsulting.com to work out a schedule that suits you.
11. When I go to run the interview videos, the video keeps stopping and starting, is there something wrong with it?
No there is nothing wrong with it. Depending on your internet connection you could be having trouble downloading the video file quick enough to watch it straight away. You will need to give the computer time to download some of the video before you can start to watch it. If you find the video is stopping and starting then conduct the following procedure. Open a video you wish to watch, as soon as it starts to play press the pause button. This then allows the video time to download so that when you go to play it again, it will run smoothly. Just wait 10 -30 seconds before you press play again and then you should have no more problems.
